4. PAYMENT TERMS: Due to the consistent and exceptionally high demand along with the nature of the manufacturing process, Busse Combat Knives and its subsidiaries can only provide a rough time frame for shipment. This time frame can range from 6 weeks to as much as 32 weeks. While we will do everything we can to ship your order sooner, a more specific ship date is not available. For this reason we will only bill your credit card for $1.00 at the time your order. The balance of the order will be charged to your credit card roughly 7 to 14 business days prior to actual shipment. If for any reason you do not want to wait, you may cancel your order and receive a prompt refund by calling our customer service number, (419)923-6471. Please note that orders are fulfilled in the order in which they were received. Cancelations cannot be re-instated and a forfeit of the production slot takes place. In the case of a cancelation, the product and or the order cannot be reassigned by the customer to anyone else.HOW TO ORDER

4. We do NOT accept overseas credit cards unless they are approved by Busse Combat.  Please contact for payment options.

5. We also accept wire transfers and international money orders for overseas customers that have not been approved to use credit cards.

6. Prices are presented in good faith and are believed to be correct at the time of publication. We reserve the right to change, delete, or otherwise modify the pricing without prior notice.If an error is made and a product is listed at an incorrect price, Busse Knife Company and its affiliates maintain the right to refund or cancel orders placed at the incorrect price.

The Argonne Assault is restricted from delivery to certain states under the provisions of those certain states statutes. We will not ship the Argonne Assault to MA, NY, CA, DE, Canada, or Overseas locations.

Busse Knife Co. does not warrant that a person may legally purchase, possess, or carry specific knives offered on our website according to federal, state or local laws. A person placing an order from Busse Knife Co. warrants that he or she is an adult and is under no legal restrictions which would prohibit such person from ordering, owning, possessing, or transferring those items under applicable federal, state or local law.
